Milenko Boric

Milenko represents the controlling shareholders, the Boric family, who have controlled the Company since the first day it was incorporated. The Boric family have owned property and horticultural and land-based businesses in the Auckland area for over 70 years.

Through various companies, partnerships and family trusts, Milenko owns and manages a substantial Auckland-based retail and commercial property portfolio and retains an active interest in a large family-owned horticultural business.

Milenko is a director of a number of private companies and a trustee of two family trusts that are shareholders in Savings & Loans, and brings to the company more than 40 years of business and private investment management experience.
